If your property manager identifies a cleaning issue relating to something included within your agreed cleaning scope, contact us within 48 hours of the clean and we’ll arrange to rectify the issue at no additional charge.
The guarantee applies to cleaning issues within the agreed scope. It does not cover damage, permanent staining, maintenance issues, mould remediation, deterioration, inaccessible areas or items specifically excluded from your quote.

Our End of Lease cleaning is comprehensive and includes detailed cleaning throughout the property, including internal windows and tracks, inside cupboards and drawers, oven and rangehood cleaning, bathrooms, kitchen and floors. Your exact scope is confirmed before booking.
Yes. Internal windows, sills and vacuuming tracks are included where safely accessible.
Yes. Oven cleaning is included in our comprehensive End of Lease service.
We don’t make promises about the entire bond because bond decisions can involve matters beyond cleaning. Instead, we provide a 48-Hour Inspection Re-Clean Guarantee for cleaning issues relating to items included in your agreed scope.
If a cleaning issue relating to the agreed scope is raised, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange to rectify it in accordance with our Inspection Re-Clean Guarantee.
Yes. The property should be vacant and personal belongings removed before the clean.
Yes. Electricity and water need to remain connected so we can complete the clean properly.
Carpet cleaning can be arranged where required and will be clearly identified in your quote. Please advise of any stain. Stain removal is not guaranteed
