Our regular house cleaning service is a detailed, comprehensive clean covering your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and floors. It includes dusting and wiping accessible surfaces, cleaning fixtures and appliance exteriors, removing visible marks where required, emptying bins, and vacuuming and mopping throughout.

Core areas are completed at every visit, while less urgent tasks—such as skirting boards, window sills and detailed dusting—may be rotated to help maintain a consistently clean home. Please see our full cleaning checklist above for room-by-room inclusions.

Our cleaning products include:

• Biodegradable, plant-based detergents for shower glass and bathroom surfaces

A Lower-Tox Approach

We believe effective cleaning doesn't require harsh, highly corrosive chemicals. We do not carry bleach or similar highly corrosive cleaning agents as part of our standard cleaning range.

Instead, we focus on using effective, purpose-specific products that deliver a thorough clean while taking a more considered approach to the products brought into your home.

Yes in most cases. During your initial consultation, you can highlight priority areas, preferences, or specific requests. How ever this service aims to be a detailed/comprehensive clean rather then a generic cleaning service.

• Restocking products, consumables and worn materials
• Safe storage of chemicals, equipment and supplies
• Scheduling, invoicing, payment processing and bookkeeping

• Staff recruitment, training, safety procedures and quality control
• Time spent preparing equipment, packing supplies and completing administration
• Allowance for leave, unexpected cancellations and return visits when something needs attention

Software subscriptions, insurance, fuel, products, wages, superannuation and other operating expenses continue to increase—often every six to twelve months.

There is also a considerable amount of unpaid time behind each appointment. This includes travelling, preparing products and equipment, laundering cloths and mop heads, maintaining machinery, restocking supplies, responding to enquiries, preparing quotes, scheduling jobs and managing invoices.

Having one cleaner instead of a team does not remove these costs. Depending on the property, workload and availability, your service may be completed by one cleaner or a team. A team may complete the clean faster, but the total labour and cost of delivering the service remain similar.

Adora Clean’s pricing reflects the complete cost of providing a professional service—not simply the hours you see us working inside your home. It allows us to use quality products and properly maintained equipment, meet our tax and employment obligations, remain fully insured and pay people fairly.

We understand that every household has a different budget, and we may not be the right fit for everyone. Our aim is not to be the cheapest cleaning service. Our aim is to provide thoughtful, meticulous and reliable care, with clear communication and no corners cut.

No. We do not currently offer maid or household maintenance tasks such as bed-making or dishwashing. 

No. Many of our clients provide access instructions and are not home during their scheduled cleaning service. We treat every home with the utmost respect, care, professionalism, and discretion.

If you work from home, we recommend letting us know in advance if you have important meetings or concerns about noise. In many cases, we can adjust our cleaning sequence and begin with your office or work area to minimise disruptions.

While you are welcome to remain at home during the service, having multiple people moving throughout the property can sometimes be counterproductive and may affect our team's efficiency and the overall quality of the clean. Providing clear access to the areas being serviced allows us to deliver the best possible results.

Regular house cleaning is available Monday to Friday, bookings are typically 10am or 2pm
