These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Adora Clean. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Bookings

Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website (www.adoraclean.com.au). A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for booking changes or cancellations. Adora Clean reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if the property is deemed unsafe or access is denied.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to GST. Quotes are estimates based on information provided and may vary depending on the property’s condition. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and online payment fees may apply to invoices unpaid within the agreed timeframe until the balance is cleared.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee. A $80 call-out fee may apply for no-shows or if access to the property is denied.

Access and Property Requirements

Clients must provide safe and unrestricted access to the property on the scheduled service date. Access to power and water is required on-site. Pets must be secured, and valuables should be removed or safely stored prior to service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Adora Clean is committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address reasonable issues at no additional cost.

Adora Clean is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Australian privacy laws. We collect only essential information, including your name, address, phone number, email, and service details. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data from misuse or unauthorized access. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@adoraclean.com.au. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in this section.

Pre-Service Property Condition Report

Adora Clean may document the property’s condition prior to service, including photographs or notes. The condition report establishes a baseline for identifying pre-existing damage or issues. Clients will be informed of any visible pre-existing issues before work begins. If pre-service documentation is not permitted, Adora Clean’s liability for alleged damage may be limited. All documentation is kept confidential and used solely for internal records or dispute resolution.

Social Media and Content Usage

Adora Clean may take before-and-after photos or short videos of cleaning work, including interior and exterior spaces. These materials may be used for marketing purposes on our website, social media, or other advertising platforms. Personal identifying features (e.g., house numbers, names) will be obscured or excluded. Clients who do not consent to the use of images or footage must notify us in writing prior to service.

Wait Time Policy

If our team is unable to commence work due to delayed access, locked gates, or client unavailability, a $25 fee per 15-minute increment may apply after a 10-minute grace period. If access is not granted within 30 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel the service and charge a $80 call-out fee. Clients must provide clear access instructions prior to the scheduled service time.

Equipment and Supplies

Adora Clean provides all necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals. Products are selected for safety, effectiveness, and surface compatibility. Clients with specific product preferences, allergies, or restrictions must communicate these in writing prior to service.

Weather Conditions

Outdoor services (e.g., window cleaning, pressure washing) may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, such as heavy rain, extreme heat, or high winds. Adora Clean reserves the right to cancel, delay, or modify services to ensure staff safety and service quality. Clients will be notified promptly, and no cancellation fees will apply for weather-related rescheduling initiated by Adora Clean.

Heavy or Bulky Item Moving

Adora Clean does not move heavy or bulky items, including large furniture, appliances, or storage units. Clients must ensure such items are moved or accessible prior to service. Cleaning behind or underneath such items is the client’s responsibility to arrange.

Damage Clause

While we take every precaution, accidental damage may occasionally occur. Any damage must be reported in writing to info@adoraclean.com.au within 24 hours of service. We are not liable for:

If Adora Clean is responsible, we may offer repair, replacement, or fair compensation at our discretion. Claims reported after 24 hours will not be considered.

Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@adoraclean.com.au within 48 hours of service. Complaints received outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review. We aim to investigate and respond to valid complaints within 72 hours.

Rectification Clause

Adora Clean may return within 72 hours of a valid complaint to inspect and rectify issues. Rectification will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time and must be completed before refunds or third-party services are considered. If access is denied or external resolution is pursued before rectification, Adora Clean’s liability may be voided.

Non-Solicitation Clause

Clients agree not to directly solicit, employ, or contract Adora Clean employees or contractors for 12 months following their last service. Breaching this clause incurs a fee of $1,500 or three months’ equivalent service charges, whichever is greater. This clause protects our investment in training and retaining professional staff.

Changes to Terms

Adora Clean may update these terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website or provided upon request.
