General

We provide recurring residential cleaning (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly), end-of-lease cleaning, window cleaning, NDIS cleaning  and tailored commercial cleaning services.

Yes. Adora Clean is a fully registered and insured cleaning business with $10 million public liability insurance, ensuring peace of mind and professional accountability.

Yes, all of our cleaners are required to provide up-to-date police clearance certificates.

We service Melbourne’s western and inner-west suburbs, including Albion, Sunshine, Williamstown, Point Cook, Altona, Newport, Yarraville, Seddon, Footscray, Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, and surrounding areas. Please contact us if you’re unsure whether we service your suburb.

Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade tools, including commercial vacuum filtration systems and freshly cleaned, sanitised mops and cloths.

Pricing, Payments & Booking

Our cleaning services are priced from $70 per hour for regular cleaning and from $75 for deep Cleaning

We primarily use transparent, fixed-rate pricing based on the size, condition, and estimated duration of the service. This ensures clear pricing with no unexpected costs.

We accept EFTPOS, direct debit, and all major credit cards via Stripe

Payment terms are provided at the time of booking.
For regular house cleaning services, full payment is required at  completion of the scheduled booking.
For one-off cleaning services, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the service.
Late payment fees may apply where applicable.

Our minimum service fee is $140 (regular house cleaning) and $350 for one off cleaning.

Please note in some cases a fuel levy will apply.

Residential Cleaning

Our recurring cleaning service provides a comprehensive, detail-focused clean of agreed areas, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, and general upkeep to maintain a consistently fresh home. 

Yes. During your initial consultation, you can highlight priority areas, preferences, or specific requests so we can tailor the service to your needs.

No. We do not offer maid or household maintenance tasks such as bed-making or dishwashing. Our focus is on high-quality, professional cleaning.

No. Many of our clients provide access instructions and are not home during their scheduled cleaning service. We treat every home with the utmost respect, care, professionalism, and discretion.

If you work from home, we recommend letting us know in advance if you have important meetings or concerns about noise. In many cases, we can adjust our cleaning sequence and begin with your office or work area to minimise disruptions.

While you are welcome to remain at home during the service, having multiple people moving throughout the property can sometimes be counterproductive and may affect our team's efficiency and the overall quality of the clean. Providing clear access to the areas being serviced allows us to deliver the best possible results.

Recurring residential cleaning is available Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 4:00pm.

We adore pets! For their own safety and to allow our team to work efficiently, we request that pets be secured, crated, or placed in a designated area while we clean your home.

End of Lease Cleaning

Yes. Our end-of-lease cleans are designed to meet real estate standards, and we offer a bond back guarantee where applicable.

A comprehensive top-to-bottom clean covering kitchens, bathrooms, floors, fixtures, and spot wall cleaning. Optional add-ons such as carpet cleaning or exterior services are available upon request.

Commercial Cleaning

We clean offices, small businesses, studios, clinics, and gyms, providing customised cleaning solutions to suit your operational needs.

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
